Lawrence N. GumbergPresident Lawrence N. Gumberg is founder and President of LG Realty Advisors, Inc. Larry has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and served 25 years as the Chief Operating Officer of a nationally recognized commercial real estate company. At LG Realty Advisors, he is responsible for managing corporate financial operations and institutional investor relations. Larry has extensive experience in developing, managing and leasing retail, office, apartment and light industrial properties and has acted as a third-party manager and advisor for institutional clients seeking to stabilize, redevelop or dispose of distressed properties within their portfolio. Larry graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and currently serves on multiple Boards of various philanthropic organizations and foundations. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association Board of REALTORS, REALTORS Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in nine states. |

Brian D. GumbergPrincipal Brian D. Gumberg is Principal and Managing Member of LG Realty Advisors, Inc. Brian co-heads leasing and management of LG Realty Advisors’ office and retail portfolio, as well as new business development. Prior to joining LG Realty Advisors, Brian was an associate with Lubert Adler Real Estate Partners, a Philadelphia based real estate private equity firm, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of over 50 assets including office, industrial, retail, multi-family and condominium investments throughout the United States. Brian began his real estate career as an analyst in the acquisitions and capital markets group at Vornado Realty Trust, a New York City based diversified real estate investment. Brian graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in Economics and minor in Urban Real Estate & Development. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Zachary L. GumbergPrincipal Zachary L. Gumberg is Principal and Managing Member of LG Realty Advisors, Inc. Zach co-heads leasing and management of LG Realty Advisors’ retail and multi-family portfolio, as well as new business development. Prior to joining LG Realty Advisors, Zach was an associate in the asset management and originations group at Gramercy Capital Corp., a diversified real estate investment trust headquartered in New York City. At Gramercy, Zach managed a portfolio of approximately $1 Billion of commercial real estate loans; his responsibilities included day-to-day servicing, asset management, restructuring and underwriting valuation on the existing loan portfolio and new investments for the company. Zach graduated cum laude from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University with a major in Management. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

John W. KingVice President - Operations John attended The Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pittsburgh, is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in Pennsylvania, and is a veteran of the United States Marines Corps.

James F. AyersVice President - Property Management James F. Ayers is Vice President of Property Management for LG Realty Advisors, Inc. Jim oversees day-to-day management of all aspects of LG Realty Advisors’ office and medical office properties, which includes facilities management, construction and renovations, leasing and broker relations. He is a seasoned commercial real estate veteran who has managed millions of square feet of commercial properties on behalf of local and institutional clients. Jim graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania, is the past President of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and currently serves on the Board of Pittsburgh Allegheny County Thermal Limited, Inc. (PACT).

Dermot J. MorrinController Dermot J. Morrin is Controller for LG Realty Advisors, Inc. where he oversees all accounting, financial reporting requirements, and lender correspondence for LG Realty Advisors’ properties. Dermot’s responsibilities include budgeting, auditing, preparation of monthly financial statements, collections, payroll and employee relations. Dermot joined LG Realty Advisors after 13 years as the Controller for Chick Workholding Solutions, Inc., a manufacturing company headquartered in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. Dermot graduated from Robert Morris College, is a Certified Public Accountant and is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accounts (PICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA).
